Start the Conversation

Introductory Call

We schedule an initial call to get to know you, your business, and the opportunity. This is a simple conversation to understand the operator, the business case, and whether there may be a fit.

Initial Review

If there is mutual interest, we request basic documents to begin a light evaluation. This may include financials, debt schedules, business plans, franchise information, or other materials relevant to the opportunity.

Letter of Funding

If we believe there is a fit, we provide a Letter of Funding outlining the capital we are willing to extend, proposed terms, key requirements, and any additional due diligence needed. This is intended as a practical business outline, not a final legal agreement.

Acceptance & Final Due Diligence

Once the Letter of Funding is accepted, we complete any remaining due diligence. This step helps confirm the opportunity, validate key assumptions, and finalize the structure.

Legal Documentation

After final review, legal documents are prepared and executed. These documents formalize the investment terms, obligations, protections, and funding conditions.

Funding

Once documents are complete and closing requirements are satisfied, funds are released according to the agreed structure.

Ongoing Partnership

After funding, we remain engaged through agreed reporting, periodic touch-base calls, and strategic support where helpful. Our goal is to stay aligned, support execution, and help the business move forward.
