Our Team
SN Advisory is led by Scott Newman, an entrepreneur, operator, and investor with over 25 years of experience building and scaling businesses across multiple industries.
Scott’s path was not linear. Early in his career, he explored a range of opportunities – from sales roles to hospitality to operational positions – gaining firsthand exposure to what it takes to run and grow a business. Those experiences provided a foundation in work ethic, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how businesses operate at the ground level.
In 2009, Scott founded Transparent BPO, a customer experience and outsourcing company built from the ground up. What began as a small, early-stage venture evolved into a global operation employing thousands of people and serving clients across a wide range of industries. Over the course of more than a decade, Scott played a central role in scaling the business – navigating growth, building teams, solving operational challenges, and ultimately helping lead the company through a successful exit.
That journey shaped his perspective as both an operator and an investor. Having experienced the realities of building a business – from uncertainty in the early days to the complexities of scaling – Scott understands the importance of having the right capital at the right time, and the value of working with partners who bring more than just money.
Today, through SN Advisory, Scott focuses on investing in and supporting businesses led by strong operators. His approach is grounded in real-world experience, disciplined decision-making, and a belief that long-term success is driven by people, execution, and alignment. He partners with business owners to provide flexible capital and, when helpful, strategic guidance – always with the goal of building lasting value and supporting meaningful growth.
